We have a large library from which existing designs can be selected using the latest computer technology. These designs can be adapted, or we can produce special designs to suit individual specifications.

We provide a prompt, efficient and highly flexible service and can quickly supply computer aided design papers together with yarn samples for colour selection. Hand trial samples can then be produced to replicate the finished carpet.

Once the design work is completed to the specifier's satisfaction and the project is ready for production, the computer system links the studio directly with the latest electronic Jacquard and tufting looms.

This development in weaving technology means that boundaries no longer govern repeat lengths and provides the perfect route for weaving border programmes, special squares, corridor and stair carpet.
